The guys decision making is what's going to cost us. He's an idiot that knows NOTHING about football. If he did we'd never ever have seen Dennis Wise as an Executive Director (whatever the hell that is) and never seen Joe Kinnear and never see more of his mates put in charge of different areas. Added to that he'd have known that the key to a successful football team is keeping your best players, not making a good profit on them and re-investing a fraction back in the team. He literally knows nothing about football, and that's bad no matter how well you might run the finances.
