    He will, his own.

He's ****ing gash, hopefully he'll be eating those words in the upcoming weeks.

I'm not as optimistic as you, Chief.

It's going to be hard work but the Aussies really aren't all that. Get Smith and you're into them.

They need to keep their quicks fit too, some of whom I admit I don't know much about. That in itself though says inexperienced to me.

The aim at the Gabba has to be not lose.

    Cricket?
That's the one with the bat and the stumps right?

    Would rather watch paint dry.

Not as boring as golf, or Formula 1, but pretty damn boring.

Chris Woakes can do a decent job as a batting bowler, whereas Stokes is a bowling batter.

You've got Bairstow and Ali both genuine all rounders too.

Cook's partner and No3 are where we are struggling, I still don't have a clue who will play in those two positions.

    I think Stoneman will open.

    Ok, I would go;

    Cook
    Stoneman
    ?
    Root
    Malan
    Ali
    Bairstow
    Woakes
    Broad
    Bell
    Anderson.

    Tail a bit long maybe?

They'll probably go with Ballance who seems to have multiple lives to play with.

Might as well play with ten men.

Root should step up and go three really but he won't.

I love it, mate. Seeing England win the Ashes at the Oval in 2005 was amazing. Up there with Chelsea winning the league.

    To each his own.

I quite like Snooker, but I know many who find that boring.
Personally I am fascinated with the physics and the skill behind it, and how they are always thinking like 3 shots ahead.
When I have a cue in my hand, I am just like, "Right, whats the easiest ball to pot?"

I'm surprised that you appreciate the physics and skill in snooker (I do too) but don't in cricket.

Only on line. I'll be in bed for most of the first day I would imagine.

Wake up Friday to the good or bad news!
