We've played awful for the majority of the season, I don't think even the most die hard of fans can expect us to stay up now. We're not suddenly going to become good overnight!
The malaise in this team is too deep to give us a realistic chance of survival. We knew it from early this season but have been deluding ourselves it would all come right. It's ManUre next, another show like today and we'll be well f*cked...

Well to be honest we were as good as down in November when Sparkless was still presiding over team affairs when we had 4pts from 14 games. Just hoping come August we have a newish hungry team to be competitive in the Championship.
We're simply not good enough. Stop and look at the league, 2 wins after 26 games. We concede too many easy goals and don't score enough to win games. I hope we continue to fight until the end of the season. That's what our fans deserve. We won't stay up because we're not good enough.
This was my feeling last week, the simple fact is we don't get enough body's in the right areas to score so we won't win games, at home this year we have been awful 1 win at home for any team is terrible no matter what league you are in. On the plus side we only have 99 days till we are out the premier league not that I am counting.
Early days, but Saints 2 Man City 0 - Jason Puncheon (now a Joe Hart screw up) who we could have had in our team. At least Saints & Reading play with some sort of conviction and put points on the board, although we did much improve in the 2nd half today with Zamora on.
Malaise is the right word. Is it the players, the owners or the manager or god knows what else. Team seems hexed. Can't surely be the players who won the Championship in such style and can't be Barton so what has ****ed us up since the autumn of 2011?
Every other team in the relegation mix look capable of scoring goals if they get it together except us. That, sadly, is the difference and will be decisive in the end...

We are the worst attacking team ive ever seen in the PL apart from Derby, usually its the other way around, bottom teams can score but cant keep a clean sheet to save their lives.
DT would back us to stay up if we were 12 points behind and a -15 goal difference and four games to play Nothing wrong with hoping for a miracle though
