Team news:

Jack Cork is ruled out after going off injured against Crystal Palace, which leaves the path clear for Victor Wanyama to re-establish himself in the team. Ramirez really should come in for Davis, who has done nothing helpful lately. Would also like to see Gallagher get some good game time.

For Norwich Leroy Fer is ruled out through injury but have most of their first team squad available to choose from.

Prediction:

Saints to cruise to victory against a toothless Norwich. 2-0 with Lallana and Lambert scoring. Oh and my match thread record to improve to W6 D5 L1.

Steve Davis is a hugely underrated player.

 

Agreed, he does the un-flashy things that let those like Lallana and Rodriguez stand out.

Without Davis, someone else has to fill that role, which is not Ramirez's strength.

 

I can't say with 100% certainty, but Stewards remain at the exits and will open up the turnstiles for late comers for the 1st half

He is very good, but surely we've all noticed he's in pretty mediocre form? He could do with a couple of games on the bench, in my opinion. Happens to every player now and then.

 

I would be ok with that, for a game we should be confident in. If we're winning he can hop of the bench and tie things up.

 

Norwich offering their supporters £10 off tickets for the game if they before 4pm tomorrow. Nice to see some clubs are actually their PL grant to help supporters at away games.

Also, Tettey has trained for Norwich this week, and is expected to be in the squad.
