Here is a rough list of the players that have been left out of there Prem teams 25 man squad, and players that are there to be loaned and brought in. It is well known that we are after a CB and maybe a creative midfielder. Stoke have signed some big signings over the transfer window, and this has meant players such as Danny Collins have fallen short of the 25 man squad along with Michael Tonge and Danny Pugh, all with Premier League experience as well as Championship experience. Personally, I would love to see Danny Collins snapped up, as he would be great cover for center back, or maybe first team over Hobbs, as well as playing a good number of games at left back for Stoke. He has been linked with other championship clubs such as Ipswich and Southampton amongst others. Big money QPR signed a number of top players also on deadline day which has seen players such as Rob Hulse and Danny ****tu left out of the their 25 man squad. Hogan Ephraim could be this creative midfielder City are crying out for too, as he is also left out of DQPR squad. Highly rated Chelsea midfielder Josh McEachran has spoken saying that he would like a loan to see him gain more first team chances, another midfielder with great ability, and fantastic experience playing alongside the likes of Lampard and Drogba, surely he would be an asset to any team, however would he struggle playing for a team with less ability then superstars?
I think Collins will end up at Southampton, I know Forest and Ipswich are supposed to be chasing him too, but even the Stoke fans now think he's off to Saints. I don't know that Michael Tonge offers anything we don't already have covered and there's a lot of talk of Pugh making a return to Leeds. We should have signed Hulse instead of Adebola, but we didn't and I can't see another striker coming in. ****tu is ****tu and I can't see us being interested in Ephraim. Josh McEachran would be brilliant, but he's 18, he can play without being included in the 25 can't he?
Josh McEachran wont be allowed to go anywhere at the moment according to AVB as Chelsea have alot of games over the next few months. I would assume that AVB would play Josh M. in the charling cup games at least. Shame but he si far to good for our league. Danny Collins is the best option but i hear that Middlesboro want him on loan with a view to sign and Stoke may move in for Michael Bates in January. Looking at the players available it will be very interesting to see which ones NP plucks out of the hat.
Hogan Ephraim? No thanks. Does anyone else remember the spectacle he created at the KC a few years ago, 2007 maybe? A mile away from Taarabt but still an absolute ****.
