Rangers won the league for not just being consistent against the little teams, but being consistent against ALL the teams.

The test for both Old Firm teams will be the early start to the season and fending off interest from EPL clubs if any of our players hit good form. If Jelavic/Naismith/Izzaguire or whoever starts off well putting in a good few performances then I'm sure the vultures will start circling.

Aye outclassed by Celtic at Ibrox three times in one season is consistency alright.

3 times in one season? <laugh>

The 2-0 game, that was a total **** game, where Celtic sprang 2 counters and forced 2 mistakes from McGregor and Bougherra? Outclassed?

the 2-2 game, where Celtic played better than us and should have won, I'll give you that. (Though, we had chances to make it 3-1 and blew it and allowed you back in)

The 0-0 game, outclassed? You had 2 chances the whole game and one was a pen and the other a set-piece!

So outclassed but won only 1 out of 3?

Rangers won the league by one point last season. That's all it takes. However, they should remember it was The Master versus The Rookie last season. Lennon did a remarkable job all things considered and took it down to the last game of the season. Ultimately, a lack of experience both at management and player level cost us.

This season we can only pray that we don't see a repeat of the scenes of last season and everyone can concentrate on the football.

McCoist will have to stand on his own two feet this season. There will be no Walter coming down from the stands to advise him when things aren't going his way. Let's see how he handles it.

We took it to the last day with a team rebuilt from scratch, massive upheaval within the club and a massive amount of pressure on our manager.

Let's see how Ally does in similar circumstances, I say similar because obviously he will not have to deal with death threats and letter bombs...... unless he loses his first 10 games.

How Pedro Mendes is allowed to stay on here is a mystery.
He has never posted anything that could contribute to a reasonable debate.

I don't mind Medro. As ML said when Girvan was trying to get Celtic fans banned from the Rangers board, you can't ban people just because they're ****s otherwise there would be no one left.

The reason Girvan and BH got banned was for posting the same bigoted ****e on the Celtic board over and over. Now they keep it to the Rangers board and everyone is happy. They get to post ****e about Celtic and Edge gets to point out what I've been saying about them on the Celtic board.
