So i dont really know if this has been done, probably has but im just curious to see what teams people pick. Obviously a team is not only about big names, its about adapting together and playing well together, and thats why teams like united are so good, but for once lets just ignore that and try and make the best team you can think off. after you've picked your team right down the reasons you put them in your team. IMPORTANT: Only include players you've seen player, dont just go on the back of hype such as pele. So my team. Oliver kahn Lahm Pique Maldini Roberto carlos Makelele Xavi Zidane Messi Ronaldo lima C. ronaldo. Reasons Oliver kahn - One of the best and most decorated goalkeepers to ever walk the planet, it was out of him and schmieceal to be honest. Lahm - i personally feel hes the best right back in the world right now - and in all honesty the best i've ever seen. Maldini - just look at his name, possibly the best defender to ever walk the planet. Pique - right now i could name a quite a few defenders who i think are slightly better than him, but considering hes only 24 and most defenders play to there late 30s almost, i think in 10 years time he will rival maldini's name - but hey thats just me Roberto carlos - again one you'd be hard pressed argue with - and oh damn his free kicks. Makelele - just for the role he created in football and how he perfected it. Xavi - one of the best passers ever? Zidane - one of if not the best player to ever walk the planet. Messi - never seen maradona play and i think him and the two ronaldos would be a perfect combinations. Ronaldo lima - at his best, he was a sight to watch, he was absolutly incrediable and probably the best member of this team (MY EYES) C. ronaldo - i just think these three at the front with xavi and zidane creating there magic would be frighting, Three players in one team who could reach 50 goals a seasons it is scary. both ronaldos interchanging between striker and winger would be great. Honourable mentions to - Ronaldinho ( dont think he'd suit the team ), schmicael, Vidic, irwin and a few others. EDIT: Id probably replace lahm with cafu I know not everyone if anyone will agree with me but just post your teams.

Lahm - him or Neville, consistent and during my life him or Neville would be the best right backs in the game. Rio - One of the best defenders I have seen. Vital to so much success at United. Vidic - The best defender in world football right now. One of the best in my lifetime aswell. Carlos - Who else can take the left back spot tbh? Irwin, Evra at United were amazing but Carlos takes this one. Zidane - It was him or Scholes at the end of the day. Keane - Winner, Leader, Legend. Ronaldo. C - You cant make a team of the best players you have seen and not include this guy can you. Rooney - 3rd best player on earth right now Messi - See Ronaldo... Raul - Goal machine. As I see it with a great defence, superb midfield and lethal striker force this team would win every game 8-2!
looking at my team. it seems too attack based. 3 defenders and 7 attackers (carlos more attacker than defender imo) would prob have to drop ronaldinhio to bench for defensive player like veira/essien xavi/iniesta/casillas/hyypia/ would all make th bench

Madini Compliments Ronaldo as he would not have to work back. Raul had great movement so would be great for Gerrard and Zidane to come forward and to find passes. The center backs speak for themselves and Makelele is needed to cover for a forward thinking midfield.

I think your team would do great, but personally id replace rio but thats just me, also rooney aint 3rd, xavi is, rooneys 4th. But again just my opinion
