He is a great manager but it's gotta be curtains for Wenger now.

This is the worst Arsenal team I have seen in my lifetime.

Amazing how one game (Carling Cup Final) can change the entire outlook of a club.

3 losses in the first 5 games and 14 goals conceded in 5 games.

Amazing, credit to Blackburn though <ok>

    Couldn't disagree more.

I agree you can't win anything 5 games in but you can certainly lose it.

Already Arsenal can virtually be ruled out of the title race (not that they were ever in it) and underdogs for 4th.

Spurs (with 2 home games in hand) only a point behind Arsenal and Liverpool 4 points ahead with a game in hand will surely fancy their chances now.

Arsenal are not a bad team and will get better I'm sure, but we're already talking about 3 defeats from 5 games. Next month they have Spurs and Chelsea away, which you'd have to say atm look likely defeats.

Have to agree that they are no longer a top prem side, they are an average prem side for me. Mid table and beatable. They will still win more games than they loose and will finish top 8 which for most teams is a good season, not a top four side anymore though.

In many ways this was worse than the game at Man Utd.

To concede four goals and lose at an incredibly average Blackburn side, having been in the lead twice, at a time when the Blackburn fans are desperate for the manager to go is scandalous for a team with Arsenal's quality. I can't believe they haven't brought in an experienced former centre-half to teach Koscielny how to head and clear a football.

At this rate SWP will be pushing Walcott very hard for his place in the Euro 2012 squad. Barton will be there after Lampard is assured of an unlimited supply of weetabix.

You should read the raging debates on their board right now. Incredible how quickly things can change. Fact is they were pressured into panic buys, their star deadline day recruits being a few old has-beens and now they have are a bottom half team. If we had any ambition we should aim to finish above them.

Wenger will never be sacked. Most likely scenario is a poor season, finishing 5th-8th, then a mutual agreement to leave at end of the season.

He inherited George Grahams back 4 and Seaman, since then he has never adequately replaced them.Always more willing to play foreign players than good old British steel, they have played some great football without winning anything and have been to lightweight in key positions.I don't rate him as a top manager and i think Arsenal are a team in decline!

They have a squad with talent but are without real leaders on the pitch and it shows when things don't go their way.
Wenger made a big mistake by not acting on that fact.
His first priority should have been bringing in some old fashioned steel into their squad.
Wilshire can be such kind of player in the future though.

Add to that he didn't manage to gel in the new players properly which shows you how lucky we are with NW who seems to know gelling a team spirit.

Arsenal as a club and fans would do a murder for a Tony Adams or Viera.
