Arsene Wenger should read it. Over the past 5/6 years Arsenal's Manager has been the very personification of Goldsmith's assertion. He arrived to an English Premier League dominated by Manchester United, and led by the Wily Old Fox Alex Ferguson, the challenge that lay ahead was immense, but he took it on with a gusto. Wenger's drive and resolute belief in his methods and unwavering stubbornness made him a truly Great Manager. He believed totally in what he was doing, and his confidence was infectious.
