Not just because I despise them (naturally) but Ars*nal are really taking the piss this window. First there's the £40,000,001 bid for Suarez. Yeah fair enough, any bids over £40m must be considered and Suarez must be informed but show a bit of ****ing class, bidding £1 over the amount is an absolute joke. Then offering £10m for Cabaye, easily one of the best CM's in the league and unless he's got a year left on his contract (?) then he's easily worth £18m-£20m in my eyes. £10m isn't too bad for Krul I suppose, most good keepers go for around that price these days (we managed to get Lloris for that! **** knows how Levy pulled that one off!) but you'd think for a club who seems desperate to strengthen - especially in the GK area - they'd show a bit of urgency and offer an amount you guys would find hard to refuse. Like I said, £10m isn't bad for most good keepers these days but it leaves you guys with just over a week to find someone good enough and available to fill the potential loss of Krul. Everyone knows as the window draws to a close clubs are more reluctant to sell and if they do it's usually at a higher than normal price. Hope Ashley doesn't crumble and either demands good fees or refuses to sell. Plus, as a Yid, Cabaye would be a great player for them lot so I definitely don't want you selling him, at least not to them lol.
we are still in a good position. MA wont let any one go for cheap. Krul, young, happy, on a long contract isn't leaving for 10 million. And Cabaye wont leave for less than 20. If he refuses to play it will ruin his World Cup next summer. We are okay. Don't worry. And **** arsenal

Cabaye for 10-15m wont be such a bad deal. A year ago I'd say he was worth double that, but he's fallen off the perch. Krul should go for no less than 25m IMO. He's an extremely vital part of our side, where as Cabaye is just an inconsistent french ***got that can go **** off for 10m for all I care.
Look Cabaye can leave but if we were stupid enough to let Krul go (even for 25 million!) we would be royally ****ed this season. Elliot is alright but he isn't in Krul's league. Also, regarding Cabaye, look he MAY have refused to play but its most likely Ashley is protected his investment. Remember the way the board villified Carroll during his Liverpool move? They are probably doing the same thing here.
De Gea went for £17.8m in 2011 and Bales transfer will raise the bar again. Krul is a better keeper so bidding should start at £20m. Cos Arsene is a prick I'd add another £5m on.
De Gea was a one off at the time. Worlds best - Neuer only went for £15m Here recently Mignolet - £9-10m Lloris - £10m Keepers are normally priced lower than the rest of the team. I think if Arsenal went to £12 - 13m, we would bite there hands off. Not saying we should, but the price for Krul may not be high as people think.
