Arteta will probably play Kiwior but I would go...

I agree - Kiwior is a mistake waiting to happen.
Timber is well able to handle playing at CB especially against a team like Madrid.

I hope you don't get any more injuries because there's still some work to do to land CL football potentially.

Kiwoir starts. Would rather Timber in there or White, with Timber at RB

Yeah Kiwior and MLS on that side together is super risky.

That's football these days ... Over coached data driven crap. The same playing patterns over and over.

To be fair - we would have scored a couple with a top quality CF up top in that half.

Glorious - what a second half performance. We were decent in the first half but went up a level in the second.

Those Freekicks were outrageous. Thought Declans all round game was top notch. MOTM for me.

Partey and Lewis Skelly also had superb games.

It's funny how Talksport etc.. are all like 'Real Madrid were poor tonight'... when this is EXACTLY how Real Madrid have played for the last two Seasons.
They beat City, Bayern and Dortmund playing exactly that way.

They normally score on the break, defensively however we didn't give them much at all. We actually made them look bad.

What a tremendous night of football!

3-0 win against the 15 time and current Champions League holders is a special, special result.

Everyone was absolutely fantastic. We absolutely battered them. To a man, absolutely superb.

Rice will get the headlines for two world-class free-kicks, which none of us knew he had in his locker. But a special shoutout to Kiwior - everyone feared the worst when Gabriel was ruled out for the season, but aside from the dodgy first 5 minutes, he rose to the occasion and was utterly superb. A real CB's performance from him when everyone had written him off against Mbappe.

All the players we were hearing about before the game - Vinicius, Mbappe, Rodrygo, Bellingham, Valverde, Madrid etc - all of them totally outclassed.

Courtois is the only reason why we didn't score 5 or 6, he made some unreal saves. Alaba and Bellingham also had to clear chances off the line too.

I've criticised the team and manager quite a lot this season, but I can't fault us for how we've performed in Europe. We've been absolutely immense.

The tie is not over by any means, especially at the Bernabeu, but we're in a strong position to get through to the semi-finals now. I may start to believe if we do get through...

Another magnificent display from Lewis-Skelly. I'm so excited for his potential and the levels he could reach. Outstanding talent.

Sounds like you were all wrong about needing a striker

The boy is absolutely the real deal. The confidence and swagger he has got matches his talent. And I love it that he’s got a touch of the ****housery about him.

We are very lucky to have him and Nwaneri coming into the team at the same time
