Obviously any win is just fine, but would be nice for us to find some fluidity and score a few goals. Think they will park the bus though, so we need to take chances when they come.

Good news is that Gabriel Jesus is already back in training from today.

Fulham game will obviously come too early for him but its big bonus for the squad.

Would like to see this now that Zinchenko is back..

    ----------------Ramsdale----------------------
    White---Saliba-----Gabriel----Zinchenko
    ------Odegaard--Partey----Rice------------
    Saka------------Nketiah----------Martinelli

Another rogue Arteta line-up with inclusions I never predicted:

On the plus side, our bench is incredible - best depth we've had in years.

Arsenal 0-1 Fulham. Pereira. 1 minute in <doh>. Sloppy from Saka and Periera has acres of space, no idea where our defenders are, and his scuffed finish somehow beats Ramsdale. Poor from everyone.

This is like Bournemouth 2.0 all over again isn’t it?

The players still don’t seem comfortable with this new system.

    I really don't get it.

We almost won the league with the 4-3-3 with an inverted Fullback - Why not just Rice for Xhaka in the same setup?

The first time we tried this new system was against United - a game we lost. And its not been fully convincing since.

Saka's had a very careless start to the game, he keeps giving the ball away...

And Martinelli's crossing ability seems to have fallen off a cliff. What is going on here?

Why did Havertz stop running?! He had a tap in from Saka's cross there...

More amateur defending with botched clearances and complacency in possession, and Jimenez almost scored a contender for goal of the season. There's too much space on the flanks and they're getting through midfield with ease. They've just created another chance from another sloppy give away and got through us way too easily...

Partey and Kiwiors position is a problem.

    The side seem kinda confused.

And another sloppy giveaway under zero pressure which leads Wilson to almost punish us. That happened because the players are unsure what spaces to take up which makes pass selection difficult.

Honestly, I don't get why Arteta's decided to completely change the system from last season. Why change something that wasn't broken? Too many square pegs in round holes. Players don't seem comfortable at all.

What a cross by Trossard and that's an awfully miscued header from Saka. Argh. That should be 1-1. Frustrating. No conviction whatsoever.

Havertz <doh>. He is ruining our attacks...his inclusion so far isn't offering us enough offensively.

Martinelli's had a really poor game I have to say.
