Richarlison back for us, which is a massive boost.

Yeah, I was saying on another thread that him, Walcott and Bernard have the speed, skill and dribbling ability to ruin our defence. We're going to have to play a lot smarter defensively than we've currently shown because this is a potential banana skin. And if I'm going to be honest, despite our strong record against you at home, I'm not overly confident that we'll win.

What are your expectations for the game?

Let´s have the banners out on European nights telling Mrs May to F*** Brexit. After all, football supporters in Liverpool, Manchester, London, Leeds, Nottingham, Newcastle all voted to remain.

    We will concede for sure.

But with Auba, Lacazette etc.. should have too much for them.

I would like to see a team looking like:

    -------------------------Cech-------------------
    --Bellerin--Mustafi----Sokratis--Monreal
    ------------Toreira-----Xhaka--------------
    -----------------------Ozil------------------
    ----Iwobi------Lacazette-----Aubameyang

    I would probably go..

    ------------------------Leno-------------------
    --Bellerin--Mustafi----Sokratis--Monreal
    ------------Toreira-----Guendouzi--------------
    -----------------------Ozil------------------
    ----Mkhi------Lacazette-----Aubameyang

Micky had a good game yesterday, but I've noticed how carelessly he can lose possession in certain areas of the pitch. Against a team with players who are good at counterattacking, which Everton have the players for, this will be a big problem.

He's not everyone's cup of tea, but I'd be tempted to start Iwobi. Not only does he offer more width than Micky, but he's strong on the ball, quick, carries the ball forward, fairly agile and links up well with Laca/Auba. Above all else, he will help Bellerin defensively too, which is what we will need in a game like this.

Our record at Arsenal is hideous, so the expectations are zero tbh.

Last seasons debacle still brings me out in hives.

Defensively we’ve been pretty dire tbh, especially from set pieces. Mina could make his debut on Sunday alongside Zouma with Holgate possibly moving out to RB in the absence of Coleman.

Bernard might play left with Richarlison playing as the central striker, as Tosun has been off form. Albeit he might consider Bernard a risk to start in such a tough away, given his lack of game time so far.

Richarlison is a quality striker. He's your definite danger man. We've been pretty sloppy in defence so far this season so I think he'll get chances. Going forward fortunately we look pretty good this season and you have been conceding goals all over the shop. Was expecting more from Everton this season tbh, especially with Silva in charge and Richarlison up front. It's still early days though.

Expecting some goals in this one, I reckon it could end 3-2 to us.

Early days for Silva, he’s had us playing some decent togger already which is a massive improvement over gravy kecks.

He just needs to work on getting the balance right, as we’re conceding far too easily, he’s zonal marking as well which we’re not used and I ****ing hate personally.

    It’ll be a decent game I reckon.

Like us, your players are trying to adapt to new personnel and new tactics. Both defences are leaking goals as a result. We haven't had a clean sheet yet this season and I'm not confident we'll keep one tomorrow either. Everton have got a decent squad, I was really surprised that you got turned over quite easily by West Ham last week, but I'd expect you to come good at some point and challenge for a European spot.

Hopefully tomorrow you have another brain fart though like you did against the Spammers.

Expecting lots of goals as neither side can defend for toffee (see what I did there).

    3-3 the final score.

You’ll defo keep a clean sheet tomorrow mate ;)

Despite the result and the performance being our worst so far last week, we still missed 4 sitters, so I wasn’t that gutted tbh. We’re still a couple short of having a side capable of challenging the top 6 imo, but we’re definitely on the right track. Given time, I reckon Silva could end up being a really good appointment, we just need to hold our nerve when we hit a bad patch, as it’ll defo happen.

Bit concerned about Walcott too, he's got a point to prove coming back to Arsenal. But seeing as you're so confident about us keeping a clean sheet, I can only return that favour by saying that it's nailed on that Walcott and Richarlison will score ;)
