    Arsenal v Newcastle United

    Monday 28th April 2014

Kick off 8.00pm @ The Emirates

Squad (injury update from physio room- return date in brackets)

We're top of the league for injuries right now.... all that with that super douper fitness coach we hired...
Maybe they should rename it the injury/can't be arsed to play table?

I'm going for an Arsenal win 4-0.... we'll miss Cisse's goals big time now that he's out..

Will be brutal. Ramsey seems to have kickstarted their season. I could see something nasty here and Liverpool. Both teams start quickly and blitz you. Exactly what we hate with us having such a soft centre. I could our pathetic bunch just folding quickly. We don't have the stomach to scrap. Throw in Alan losing the plot in recent weeks, I reckon 5 or 6 could be shipped. Maybe more.

    14/1 for 4-0??? <yikes>

    I'm having some of that!

    "We're so **** it's unbelievable!" :(

EDIT: For Arsenal to win obv. You can get 500/1 for Newcastle winning 0-4 <laugh>

I'm going 2-1 to us for that one. Nah 7 or 8 to Liverpool for that one.

Arsenal are a better team with Ramsey back. So another defeat it is,

Arsenal could play their reserve team and they'd probably still beat us. I wouldn't bet on us to get beat but I certainly wont be putting money on us to win.

    5-0 defeat.

If we're lucky, then Obertan will be fit for this one and will peg it back to 5-1, but I'm not holding out too much hope.

If Obertan and Shola play we'll win 6-5.

We'll lose our two away games obviously, but we may as well lose against Cardiff as well, for two reasons. 1) It heaps more pressure on Pardew; 2) It will help kill Sunderland's chances of staying up. I really don't condone wanting us to lose, but I'm looking at the bigger picture here.

Hopefully Pards will bear that in mind and experiment with an attacking 2-1-4-3 formation of:

    ..................Krul

    ............Willo.....Colo

    ................Tiote

    Sammy...Ben Arfa...Armstrong....Gouf
    ........Obertan...Shola...Remy

    I'll put a £1 each on 4-0, 5-0, 6-0 and 7-0.
It's bound to be one of those.

No wonder we're so fcking cr@p. You can play every attacker we have and I still can't see a goal.

True. We could play Anita as the holding midfielder and push Tiote into a more advanced role where he can shoot more often.

Remy is our only hope. At least for the next three games before he buggers off.

I genuinely think it's worth a go. Might even try an 'optimistic' 3-0 in case Arsenal are off form.
