Back in November 1999 a record from the 1980s was re released for the Millenium celebrations. It was called The Final Countdown and I think it was a band called Europe. In my humble opinion it was an awful song the first time round but the thing that makes the re release in 1999 memorable was thst when they printed the CD sleeves some one forgot the "o" from countdown It's a fitting title for Sky to use for this match Remember the Drogba v Lehmann tart fest? Remember the fight at the 2007 carling cup final? Remember the 6 nil with Costa getting one of your lot sent off? Here's hoping to another bitch fest with fights, red cards and a Wenger Conte sideline slapdown ending with Contes rug laying dead on the pitch. Chelsea are comfortable in 3rd place and along with City and United are pretty much certain of a top 3 finish which means this is a must win for arsenal as you are 6 points behind 4th spot and this is you game in hand. Fabregas recently admitted chose to join Chelsea above arsenal cos he just preferred to be cheered on by a bunch of chavs than a collection of ****s...so best make sure you give him some stick tonight! There are rumours that Sanchez has pissed off the rest of the team by actually having the audacity to run about and try. The main tactic tonight from Conte will be to continue that ****ing hideous goal celebration thing he does if Chelsea score and for Wenger it will be to pray that Sanchez and Ozil are still goons on February 1st. Wenger has been charged for picking on Mr Dean. Apparently giving you lot of mo fos 2 offside goals is cool but giving a clear hand ball to deny a certain goal is wrong Anyway here's hoping you 2018 starts in the way it ended.
The ultimate bitch fest was when Spurs lost their heads and emptied the contents of their handbags out when they threw away a 2 goal lead at Chelsea.
In 1963 Martin Luther King Jr said something that is very relevant to this thread... "Mofos got no right to stray off topic by chatting ****e...Amen"

Fear for our defence with Chambers and Holding in there, but I suppose they have got to play in the big games. Good to see Maitland-Niles and Xhaka in MF, which should allow Wilshere to get forward and be a bit more creative, with Ozil, Sanchez and Lacazette in front of him we should be quite dangerous going forward, but we need to defend as a team otherwise Chelsea could overrun us.
Don't think we will dominate possession tonight, Chelsea will have most of the ball. It could work in our favour if we spray some good balls out to the front 3. I think we'll get more value out of that than trying to build from the back, playing tippy tappy around their box and then getting hit on the counter.
I think that happened last week....when we drew and liverpool/spurs both got last minute winners. Somehow this is the game I will look back at by the end of the season.
That West Brom result was a ****ing sickener, seeing that Liverpool and Spurs both won. I know we didn't play well at WBA, we were truly robbed of 2 points that day.
Arsenal: Cech, Chambers, Mustafi, Holding, Bellerin, Wilshere, Xhaka, Maitland-Niles, Ozil, Sanchez, Lacazette. Take away our front three and we look very very average!
If you lose then it's a 6 point gap to 4th which will be hard to catch up. A draw is the minimum you need imo
If we can stay organised and keep the mistakes to a minimum we will give ourselves a chance here.Just wish we would shoot more from the edge of the box.
Decent first half that. Sanchez was so unlucky not to score. But we could easily have conceded too. Ozil is getting loads of space in the middle, you’d think Conte would address that in the second half. Lacazette playing well without really getting too many chances. And Maitland Niles just looks like he’s been playing in there for years, so clam and assured. More of the same going forward in the second half and let’s hope we can keep them out at the back
