just go onto purchase tickets on the top bar of the site. Then click on membership and bam, sign in, buy tickets
Do you mean sign into Jack Army Membership? Thats where I am - and all I get are the Shrewsbury tickets, and also the jack army membership - even tho I already purchased that last night.!!!!
After paying money to join "The Jack Army Membership"I am told I am not an active member. What the f**k is going on at the ticket office.
Same here - just been down there and he said he manually activated it - got back, and still getting the error - now saying no tickets available - talk about pi$$ed!
Apparently there are problems with the IT! http://www.swanseacity.net/page/Latest/0,,10354~2428092,00.html
It´s just another sorry episode in the series of cock ups from our ticket distributors. It is about time our head of ticketing is ruthlessly dismissed and their position given to someone who can forsee problems and look after the interest of our fans. Pathetic.
The ticket System has always been a shambols at the Liberty! Terrible. This new site is awful as well. What is the deal with the points. Some people have more than others even though they have purchased the same tickets etc. It's all terrible. Funnily enough, I went on about 10 35 and I was allowed to buy tickets. I could see the Arsenal section, but I thought no because my mate is going to get them. He didn't!
I'd imagine so. It's a saturday game is it not? We took about 2.5k to Man City on a Monday night so I'd imagine we'd have no problem shifting 3000 tickets. Having said that, aren't tickets at your place (for away fans) reasonably priced at about 70 quid each or something?...
been down twice today, found out that there are 'plenty of tickets left' but the system has crashed. When they know how many are sold (and the system is up and running) u can resume (trying) to buy arsenal tickets
Snippets to answer some above questions: "Tickets are priced £35 adult, £15 senior citizens, £14 under-16s, £17.50 disabled (carer free)." "Please note that there are still plenty of tickets available with the club taking up its full allocation of 2,914 tickets for the fixture at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday, September 10 (3pm)."
