No way would Mata go to Arsenal. Why would he want to take a backward step? United would be a much better place for him. Or even 'Pool.
He was at their game on Saturday and he's been training with them. I suggested it on the Goons board the other day, so Savage is well behind if he thinks this is news.
He won't last 5 mins with his knee and the way they're dropping over there. I hope that's the marquee
Cracking the bubbles down Ashburton Grove tonight Haig, singing and dancing all the way to Burger King on Islington High Street.
They've gone from dreaming of Suarez to actually signing Flamini, and the only reason why they got him is because no one else wants him. Roy of the Rovers, this is not! It's simply embarrassing. Any Gooner who tells me that Whinger and AFC is not an embarrassment to him and everything his petty life stands for is a liar.
He's turned down offers from Italy already, so I wouldn't say no one wants him. I think he has quite high wage demands
i'm seriously wondering whether the money that is reportedly there actually is. Other clubs have shown its not hard to sign players this summer. I'm sure they'll use Suarez as an example but how hard would is it to put in offers you know won't be accepted and even if they are you know the player ain't interested?
Maybe Wenger is in charge of negotiations? They would presumably break down when he claims he didn't have a clear view of the two parties agreeing a signing bonus...
no matter how much Wenger glosses over it i still don't get it. On paper they are an attractive club (to play for! ****ing ugly of course), CL, loads of wonga (apparently), almost guaranteed game time. Why can't they sign anyone?
