For not getting thumped - Let's predict!! My prediction is Manu.. It is just tough for Real to give a hiding to Moanure.. Reasons: # Second leg at Old toilet # Real play 4 matches including Barca twice between first and second legs Where as Manu play 3 (read, qpr, nor) matches between first and second legs (Yes someone complained about FA not helping English teams, seriously??) FA will not favor English teams other than them, after all AF IS FA Even there is a remote possibility for Alex to pull a result over Real.. But that will be a Curse in Disguise for their league. But as far as I am concerned league is all to them, since Real will end their european trips for good this season.. And you know Arsenal is Arsenal, they have a higher probability for real thumping from the Germans.. After all the Germans main focus for the next few weeks is solely UEFA Champions league, since their league is all but won..
i think man u and arsenal both have far better chances than people are giving them, especially united who are more than capable of getting an away goal tonight.
completely agree with you Lucky.. they will either do a Soderling (cupset) or just get thumped.. rarely it is going to be a close wins for Real & Bayern over two legs..and no way Real or Bayern or going to get thumped.. But who would you predict to get the hiding - Manu / Arsenal?
certainly someone didn't read the thread.. guess you would rather have Arsenal as response for this thread.. I would have made this as a poll to count the numbers.. But this thread is for prediction and bit of banter..
Arsenal. Man U have no chance whatsoever, they'll be hopelessly outclassed. If Arsenal score first they are well in the tie. You can never win a tie in the first leg but you can lose it. No matter what happens I don't think Bayern will do enough damage at the Emirates to categorically say the tie is over. If United are at their best they lose 2-1 or get a 1-1 draw, if they have an off-day it's 4-0 and the tie is over.

thanks DL for posting your opinion.. however, no one really cares to read the thread. they read maybe just the title and jump in.. I just wish Manu & Arsenal both outclassed totally.. still remember last year, how everyone made it that we had no chance to progress in Europe..
Ok for UTD to park the bus, "great defending" I saw one fan say. However when we do similar against a superior team we're anti football....
That wasnt the case then, Real mostly had shots from distance where as Giggs, Welbeck and RVP missed sitters really. good game overall
Fair i wasn't one of the ones to start slagging you off though, quite the opposite. 2nd leg is set up to be great game, clean sheet and we through easy done...............
