Arsenal's problems have been exacerbated even further by the FA. They have had their Premier league points tally reduced by 10 points (dix points in French) because the FA decided to penalise them for not playing football, not showing up at the races and refusing to stand up for the high levels of performance demanded by being a "so-called" top club. (This is a status given to clubs who have actually won something and it is a mystery why they are called a "top club" anyway!)

After their disgraceful performance against AC Milan and then their non-appearance at "The stadium of lights" The FA found it necessary to give Arsene (excuse the pun) a wake up call.

Arsene offered his excuses by blaming the long grass in the San Siro, Sunderland is too far away from London and foreign, i.E. Geordie land, the referees are all blind when giving decisions against Arsenal, Van Persie is Dutch and they're a bunch of losers, Mertezaker is a crippled Kraut, Walcott is a winger with no wings and Jack Wilshere was nobbled by the Manchester Mafia, etc, etc.

Many within the footy circus world feel sorry for sad Arsene and have offered their solidarity; AC Milan are sending their U16's to ease the pain. Arch rivals, Tottenham, are sending Gareth Bale back to the valleys for R & R, The Cockney Reds ( Man United's London branch of their supporters club) have offered their Sunday Amateur team to replace Arsenal for the remaining games and Chelsea have promised to keep Andreas V Boas as their manager; every little helps!
