He'd done all this before and was filmed attacking a man with his back to him, in a blatant abuse of his power, leading to a man's unlawful death. But he was a copper, so he got off scot free! Ahhh.. I love the smell of justice in the morning.

 

Weirdly enough I was discussing this with a rather "over-aggressive" policeman in Sheffield who, as I was walking away from police lines hit me in the back with his elbow without cause or provocation. I mentioned the Ian Tomlinson case, how really, as an officer of the law he should have learnt from others mistakes before he, himself ended up on the wrong side of the law. He told me to **** off..

And there's me thinking I made a compelling argument!

In my experiences, South Yorkshire old bill are the worst by a mile! It seems like every time i write anything on these boards it's anti Yorkshire! there must be something about Yorkshire i like, hmmmm
