"You feel sorry for Arsenal fans. They get the same thing every year. The hint of a title for a few weeks then they go to Chelsea, City or Liverpool and they just do nothing.

"Fans expect Arsenal to go for a League trophy. They are third or fourth but are a million miles away, in my eyes."

Sad thing is, why didn't many of these pundits disregard goons in the first place?

once everything is set in stone - they are just like the goons, accepting it now.

    Can't agree more.

Under Wenger they'll be genuine title contenders but it's a double edged sword because when Wenger goes their decline will make United and Liverpool's seem like nothing IMO.

Too much damage has been done psychologically to that side, it needs new players, new ideas and whole different mindset and approach.

Excellent pundit from what I saw of him. He may not be the most exciting but damn he talks sense.
His assessment of Wilshire was damning...

He was too biased towards United. You expect it a bit but he really was poor.

Don't have be neutral to have a go at Fellaini. That was as blatant as it gets - even Fergie would have struggled to justify.

What Scholes didn't say is Man Utd are 2 million miles away from winning even an argument. Not good policy to put the boot in when people are down. And who gives a **** what Scholes thinks anyway?? Another great player with huge talent and an opinion to match.

That's because they are spineless like their manager. No backbone and weak willed. Whilst the fans accept it the board will continue with it.
