Wow. I didn't think I'd be gutted if this happened, but I am.

Moyes??!? I don't doubt he can do a job, but my concern is that good players will leave the club now, and better players may not come at all.


I guess we'll see.

He's done excellent at Everton on a shoestring budget - he's got them organised and playing well.

He knows talent when he sees it with players like Jelavic coming in for not much money.

And he won't run to the press every 5 minutes...
 
everton have terrible starts to the season because they regularly lose important players...once his new players get used to him they end up in the top 3 of the form league for the second half of the season.
I personally really rate Moyes.
I'm sorry if Harry's gone but I think that it was always going to happen. The England job will come back round in the not too distant future and to be honest his behaviour has been pretty appalling in the media since the end of the season....his insistence that his lack of a long term contract would unsettle the players now completely contradicts his claims that his being linked to the England job unsettled these same players and led to our Feb- April collapse.
I have a lot of time for Redknapp for what he did with us but he has tarnished his reputation with a lot of spurs fans in the past 4 months.

It's unlikely to say the least considering Levy was the one who refused to even listen to offers for Modric last summer and has already said we're not looking to sell our best players this summer either. Nice try though <doh>
 
Come to think of it, Levy going for Moyes makes sense. Especially after the manner in which Everton beat us during our falling run. Pienaar will probably stay now too. I think Pienaar was a 'Levy' purchase.

Well Adebayor isn't a Spurs player but if we sign him I'd expect he'll be with us for more than a year.

Unfortunately for you guys, I fully expect Carroll, Henderson and Downing to still be at Liverpool next year.

You'll be lucky if we don't finish above you, and that's with most of us thinking we'll struggle, that's how bad some of your players are!
