Bottom line, they were just better than us - worked harder, chased harder and in Mahrez they have a player who can turn a game against anyone; they were on their 'A' game and we couldn't live with it.
If it's true Leicester haven't been trying for Ranieri this season and it is, then they'll have a lot left in the tank, they'll be fresher than most. Perhaps we shouldn't be so down on our chances of survival after losing to a rejuvenated side that won the League by 10 clear points last season. There'll be easier games.
Agreed - they won the title playing the same way, without the guys who do our hard, dirty miles i.e. Meyler and Livermore, to help Clucas out we were second all over the pitch. Hard watching indeed.
