Been saying it for ages now, I'd keep him and Mitro and sack of Gayle and Joselu and buy a quality striker/Fernando Torres on a free.

Be gutted with that. It’s very misleading to say he hasn’t made the grade in the championship having played a large portion of those games on the right wing. Even Blackburn have done similar at times.

I can’t blame Arma though as he doesn’t seem to fit the bill for Benitez like Mitro. Shame because he is highly thought of at England youth levels and is scoring at lower league level. You’d at least like to see him given a chance.

He needs some sort of game time but I’d prefer to see him play Championship football on loan next year as opposed to giving up on him. If we can’t get the players we want I’d like to see him challenging Perez for his role.

Everyone knows I'd drag my balls 10 miles across a desert of broken glass just to see Mitro in black and white again, my honest opinion is we don't need to splash the cash on another striker but Nando will do on a free.

 

I know Gayle has not exactly been amazing but I think he is ok to have around. He was involved in a lot of good stuff in the run in and is quite unselfish with his running in behind to make space for others. Not a first choice by any stretch but I don't have a problem with keeping him as I think he is a Rafa type of striker.

If he was going along with Mitrovic and Joselu then that could bring in anything from 30-40m (Mitrovic 20m Gayle 12m Joselu 2m)

Although that would be far from a massively strong front line it would look a massive improvement and could be paid for out of sales just about. Hernandez is a risk with injuries of course. Perhaps retain Gayle also?
