Ref my puzzler last week;

The Celebration Buffet & Dance for the Cup winning team of ’73 was held in the Park Lane Hotel, Piccadilly on the evening of the match.

In accordance with tradition, SAFC Chairman Keith Collings proposed the toast to the Football Association and Guests.

Who responded on behalf of the FA?
