    Man U gave everyone a good start and many also forecast a win for Spurs, but after that it was all downhill for just about everybody.

    No-one managed more than half correct, but ‘jerseymackem’ was the clear winner with 5/0.

    As for the rest... well it’s probably best forgotten, particularly for ‘Carsey75’, ‘Gil T Azell’ & last week’s winner ‘MrRAWhite’ who should all be grateful to Man U for prevented them from becoming the first to achieve a bank score this season. No doubt a happy Hogmanay on the naughty step.

    It was hardly going to be a high scoring week with so many draws. What was it, 7 out of 10 matches drawn? Unheard of on Boxing Day!
