argyle have today sold home park to the council for 1.6 milliom. this unlocks the door for hotelier james brent and co, and they can buy the club out of admin. green army
 
good news and bad news. the council get a deal of 30 years rent of the ground at 135k a year, bad news the admin men have costs of 750 k built up by the unsuccessful consortium wasting 6 months time of the admin med. i suggest the admin men look to kevin heaney of truro city for their money. it is grossly unfair to lumber the innocent consortium of james brent who is about to take over. it may put him off the deal.

750k in 6 months, are you sure? Wow that's around £4k a day. I wanna be an administrator!! Seriously, I guess there would be a whole team behind the Brendan Guilfoyle chap.
