    Just back from Corfu, missed you all. What's been happening? Any new WUMs? Any new members? Big arguments? Bans?

    Love being home, Pre-Season at Darlo on Friday should be fun. Been kept up to date with all the news, nothing major apart from an arse kicking from SKY regarding the fixtures.

    Welcome back , missed out on a lot as well as I returned from Norway yesterday.

    There was a little bit of bother with the lads from General Chat about... rep. Was rather funny though.

    Did you like Norway 5 Goals?

    I went to Bergen 8 or 9 years ago. Totally loved it but couldn't believe how expensive it was. £6 a pint back then, hate to think what it must have cost you!?

    It was alright , was just to visit a friend actually. His house was on an island on one of the fjords , very interesting. I liked Oslo as well.

    But the prices there FOR EVERYTHING were extortionate , I would be skint after just one visit to the supermarket there , absolute disgrace.

    Did all the tourist souvenirs have pictures of mooses on them. That's what i can remember from when i went there

    Haha I don't know , after experiencing the prices they had in the grocery store , I didn't dare step foot in any other shop in Norway <laugh>

    Yeah cost of living there must be one of the highest in the world. Nice for a visit though.

    It was great. Prices must have gone up. Sugar Bar and Ice bar were really expensive. Had a great time though. Went on a trip called 'Theo's Boat BBQ' which was brilliant. We tried bars like SOS and Bed Bar but they seemed dead, Sugar was heaving. Stayed at Hotel Alkion, was pissed off with the room but just got on with it. Most of the bar staff were Greek but had been to Newcastle to work/study. Also had a great laugh seeing Rocket Man(karaoke dude) a few times. He's on YouTube if people want to have a look. Hes lost the plot like, he thinks singing at Karaoke nights is his work. It was getting into the 40s when we left so I think we went at the right time.

    Glad you enjoyed it mate,we did meet a scottih/yank PR guy for ICE bar that said the may/june prices could be completely different from the July/Aug prices as they had done that in the past. I would agree Sugar bar was prob the best like,bit trendier than the others. Did you try the Mexican or Pizza Romano the italian?? I would ge back just for a bite to eat in either of those!!! lol
