Are you smart enough to join Mensa? My brain hurts... http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencet...ractive-quiz-join-cleverest-brains-world.html I'm definitely not smart enough to join the elite society. I've tried standing on my head to read the answers but I keep falling over.
I wouldn't visit the Daily Scum site anyway, but being smart is obviously far more than just having some high IQ, I would've thought that was pretty obvious,
8 out of ten. I actually had all ten but it wouldn't accept Boats and To in question 8 because it wanted Boast and So (both ways work). Also question 3 I wrote 20:00 but the answer box was only accepting 8pm despite the times in the question being given in 24 hour format.
I got that with 20:00, cheating thick ****ing Mensa pricks. Took a while but I got 9 (10 with 20:00), so really I got 10.
Why are the vast majority of the questions maths based? Is that all that is required to determine if someone is clever?
I have had some outstanding scores in IQ tests throughout the years but all this proves is that I am good at IQ tests - I still had to shovel asphalt for 23 years to make a quid. I love the challenge of "The Times" Cryptic Crosswords armed with a Thesaurus and a Franklin electronic Crossword solver and Spell-checker. This makes me no more intelligent than the next man but gives me a 'great sense of achievement' when I complete the b@st@rds!
ARR AM REYULLY CLEVVER. So no, I wouldn't be. I went to school with someone who was allegedly a mensan*. He was good at maths basically. I wasn't. He laughed at me. Boring story. I'm sorry. *Is that the correct term for someone in the cult of Mensa? Is it a cult? Do they have a handshake? Cheers
I'm not, I took their mock test once when I was bored, I got 127, 3 short. ****s. Who wants to be in Mensa anyway...
