as you know, i dont run this place. im just like the rest of you, a gashead! yes i am also a mod but its very rare i have to actually be a mod due to no issues hardly ever arise. however as you have have read on the thread i posted about serious discussion http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/175952-gasheads-only-discussion-thread-guys, we been going on this site for nearly 2 years and we have high numbers but most are inactive. i am very determind to get this board booming and as mentioned in that thread, i cant do it without the help of existing members. we need to spread the word to get more to join up and get involved and stay involved. so far you existing members has been great in keeping us above water and i thank you all for this as you have made this site a very enjoyable place to be for me personally. so where i am determind in building our board for us all, i have asked for ideas from you all and i know its only been a day since i put that thread up so a lot of you wouldnt of seen it, but where i have been thinking about all this today, i have took it to the next level. i have made a welcoming thread for new members and potential new members http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/176145-Welcome-to-all-new-members-and-guests. this welcoming thread sets out where i believe we should be heading to build this board and get us growing. but again as i dont run this place, who am i to decide this is what we are going to do and deciding this on my own without consulting the rest of you guys. so now the thread is up in full view, i would like for your input on the welcoming thread. do you want more guidelines or less things or are you happy and agree with the thread? please say anything no matter how small or irrelevant you think it is. i want you guys happy because without you, none of us be here. over to you gasheads
