There is nothing to stop MM resigning................he might find himself in a law suit for breach of contract, but he can walk out any time he likes.

Or on the other hand he could stay and pick players out of position...........or flood the first team with youth team players. I don't know if MM has made up his mind to leave, but if he has, well there is no point in keeping an unhappy manager..........if Cardiff have offered a reasonable level of compensation and MM has made his mind up to go well Watford would be better off cutting their losses and take whats on offer,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,it's not nice, it's not fair, but its football in this day and age, and all clubs have suffered to a certain extent................Man Utd wanted to keep Ronaldo for instance, but not an UNHAPPY Ronaldo, so they took what they could get.
