So their lead has been cut to just five points, and in all three teams are now within seven points. They are down to just one game in hand. Surely they cannot implode at the end once again, can they? And despite this, they got a major let off last night. Hull, Leicester, Brighton and Palace all dropped points. Watford were the only ones to gain on them, it could have looked all the more serious today!
Ok I'll bite. Down to? We only had a game in hand before yesterday, too. In fact it was a good day because everyone played and our gap is the same, with fewer matches to be caught. Can't win 'em all.
Erm... Palace beat Hull 4-2 last night. But yeah can see why they might be getting nervous, that said, I actually think they'll do it this time round.
If they do bottle it again (unlikely I think) they should just give up and go play netball or something ;-)
Maybe they could try another colour change because red obviously isn't as lucky as they first thought. How about yellow?
They will play topless, as if this lead is blown, Tan will piss off , they will be buggered and will lose the shirts off their backs. Cant see even them blowing that lead to teams that arent that great themselves.
Dont they have to play Watford and Hull at the end of the season ?? I think they will do it this time but i think there will be a few scary moments along the way..but not as scary as Vincents Tan's Red top tucked into his trousers at just below chest height!!... Caridiff Dragons/bluebirds/francise fc ..the gift that keeps giving !
Surely it should be "2 prem league sides in wales every-other-Saturday"? E.g. Swans v Man U one week, Swans v Liverpool 2 weeks later, etc...
Don't you believe it, they have been more than 5 points ahead before and finished out of the top two.....They have lost 2 out of the last 3 games and the pack are closing....I don't know why they start to go belly up towards the business end of the season but they do it time after time....I wont put any money on them going up yet as its too much of a risk...
I think they'll make it this time but, in all honesty, from what I've seen of them, I think they will struggle in the Premier League. They don't offer anything different to what so many teams at the top level do so much better. Anyway, time will tell on both counts. Nobody gave us a snowball's chance either.
Sorry to correct you Musty old boy but it's one Premier League club and maybe one club playing in the Premier League , a huge difference
If they keep their heads they should do it although they stil have to play Leucester, Watford, Forest and they certainly dont want to have to go to Hull on the last day looking to get something! If they do gp up then some serious money needs to be spent as they will shipping goals otherwise
They are trying to put on brave faces, but deep inside you know they are bricking it again! You have to laugh, but I do feel for some of the decent not606ers over there.
