I believe that the club have a very good defence in that they did not sell the ticket to the thug he got it from a friend so how can they be responsible ? The person to blame is the friend.Leeds have met their obligations so I think they have a very good defence.
I think that the attacks using the vicious forearm by Llela were even far worse than the thugs attack on Kirkland.
Jones has and will not come out of this whiter than white . For example he must have instructed Llela to soften up Brown and Becchio using thugish tactics and he furthermore would have instructed O'Grady to harass Kenny in goal, this was an obvious ploy .Lets take the penalty incident if you look closely you will see O'Grady deliberately nudging Kenny and for thier goal he is in an offside position and is impeding kenny from seeing the ball.
Personally if Leeds get fined or deducted points for the action of someone whose banned from ER AND every ground in the country it will open the floodwaters so every moron could go to a ground run on the pitch assault the goalkeeper then see the side he hates get points deducted

One one aspect I agree. This thug has breached his life ban on many occasions and the authorities are unable to prevent him from doing so.

But this is not the club he hates, and he is being absolutely crucified by the one thing that made him do it: the fans. It was his idea that it would be great to do that in front of everyone that spurred him on.

On much of the rest of your post I disagree vehemently. You're just making excuses for things that happened and trying to shift blame to where there is none. You should retract it all.

They probably have a decent defence against any punishment relating to the action of that 1 individual but they have no defence for all the other supporters that went over the wall unless they were all given tickets by their mates as well as they have also been banned.

IF the FA do anything, fine, bans whatever, you can be sure they will also cite the actions of more than just the person that threw the punch.
