Obviously Spurs have a massive inferiority complex but I feel by focusing on Chelsea and in particular Arsenal so much they are hindering their own progress. On the tube coming back from WHL, all I was hearing was endless chants about being top London club (they must have sussed I was Chelsea). Could you ever imagine Chelsea or Arsenal celebrating being London's top club or releasing a DVD over a meaningless 1-0 win (vs Chelsea) or a draw (vs Arsenal)? Chelsea and Arsenal are not the forces they once were, finishing above this sides would be no real achievement by previous standards IMO. Or maybe the competition has got stronger? I suppose you feel you have a divine right to be in the top 4
lets check your last 5 topics that inspired you to create articles and we shall see who is obsessed with who Dickstrict
*looks at Chelsea board (front page) and counts 4 inflammatory topics about Spurs - not including discussion threads about Sunday's match* *looks at Tottenham board (front page) and counts 0 inflammatory topics about Chelsea - only threads about Chelsea are regarding Sunday's match* ------------------ <sarcasm> Yeah we're obsessed alright < /sarcasm>
Not at all. Since Jose left I have never felt we are assured top 4. Only United and Liverpool seem to have that arrogance please log in to view this image
yeah but one of those articles is by Defoe , and we all know what a ****** he is . He dreams about beating arsenal , its his raison d'etre . poor soul .
It,s obvious Chelsea are far more obsessed about the rivalry than Spurs. There seems an endless bitterness bordering on a compulsive hatred. We have no sugar daddy to compete with you on transfers, We are not in the same part of London even if both fan bases are spread everywhere. Maybe a deep 70's racial undercurrent still in the some fans sub consciousness or not ? Any way , lets hope to a good game on Sunday. Chin up Sid
