Interesting timing for these players injuries. Sakho injured just days after storming out of Melwood and Balotelli injured at the end of a week where the papers were saying Rodgers was ready to give up on him. I cant help but wonder if it is all a cover up, hiding some thing from the press. Ok Balotelli was genuinely sent home from the Italy camp, but he was also rumoured to be available for the Palace game. Over a week on from that he is still out. We have all discussed how Rodgers got rid of Reina and Agger after they caused him some trouble. Is he doing the same again to Sakho and Balotelli? I cant help but feel suspicious about this.
Not too sure on Sakho but I think if Balotelli was actually available to play and was just being left out he would ensure the world knew about it.
who knows, might be nothing in it, if there is starting to be a problem, maybe brendan needs more experience around him than he currently does, as how can they argue against him or give him good advice when they know as much as he does ie learning on the fecking job, we should have ready mades, not amateurs ffs.
I'm guessing the idea behind that would be to protect the players from a media onslaught that would destroy their confidence? If so, I'm pretty sure telling the world they're injured rather than playing them will have a bigger negative impact on their confidence levels

I do think lfc have had a history of "injuries" occurring which take players away. there have been a few where you just hink they are so fake like carroll for example.... I think sahko has been out a lot longer than I thought he would be but i would have put him down as a guy who'd say i'm off to all and sundry and **** it.... Baloteeli god nows.
