    While uncle Neil looks after things...it could be a ratings winner on TV.... 12 candidates....one job....who will be tony fernandes next mistake..... Each week one is given the task off 'Team manager' and if results don't go our way is fired ...when we find a winning manager he is 'hired'...its simples

    I'm listing the twelve candidates for the process

    Tiny tim Sherwood
    Fatima Whitbread
    Nigel's Pearson n Clough
    Bruce forsyth.....nothing to do much on Saturdays now....short term appointment due to impending death

    Qprbeth....our own karren Brady with better legs

    Sven Goran Erickson
    Monty pannisar
    The fat lady who ran the kids charity

    Last years xfactor winner

    Stevie wonder
    The chuckle brothers
