    Blackpool have given Michael Appleton permission to talk to Blackburn!

    Don't see what these clubs see in him so many managers out of the job who are better than him!!

    Think Blackpool are happy to get rid can see Driscoll going to Blackpool now

    I think they would of sacked Appleton eventually! He's been poor at Blackpool so far...it's a blessing in disguise for them!

    I really can't seeing any manager worth his salt buying into a club like Blackburn, perhaps they have tried all the other out of work managers and been told, in no uncertain terms, to take a hike.
    Blackpool are (allegedly) having similar problems as Blackburn if you listen to the fan base.

    The only reason any good manager would go to Blackburn is if the guarantee him a year's wages when they sack hin in 3 weeks time.
    I don't care so long as they are still in sh*t stae when we play them

    i think he's a good manager on the way to the PL.

    blackburn will offer him more money and more prestige, but they are a bit of a joke behind the scenes and its doubtful whether they will give him time to get them back on track, berg didnt.

    I thought Appleton did a good job in the shambles that is Pompey but why would he want to leave Blackpool so soon. Something strange gone on there.
