As a lifelong Bristol City fan I would like to offer my apologies to any Bradford fans who got caught up in the ticketing/turnstyle fiasco that happened yesterday. That sort of thing should not happen to loyal away fans, let alone home fans. I hope you receive an official apology from the club but won't hold my breath.
