Can't help but think we're signing a lot of 17 year olds up so that they qualify as Home Grown for the future. Good strategy? Time will tell I guess but so many players look good at 17/18/19 not to make it. Still, the fees are low and should be recouped even for moderate improvement.

Don't hold your breath Blueman, he will dissappear into the ether like all the others. RA only lets "brand " names near the 1st team, thinks it makes him look more important. "If they don't cost 25million quid, they can't be any good" seems to be the way we think.
