Apparently Leeds can do just as well With an owner who wants to offload, Only a few months into their new spell At a topsy turvy Elland Road, And a boss who´ll stay for a Premier League run But not if they stay where they are, D´you reckon the locals are still having fun And expecting them still to go far. http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11715/8578822/1
On a slightly different, although connected note, I haven´t seen dear old Adam Drury anywhere, either in the team or on the bench for Leeds, for months and months. Seems a slightly sad way for him to end what has been a good career.
Drury was injured in the Birmingham - Leeds cup game in the middle of Jan, came off after 10 minutes, and sadly faces a long lay-off. Don't know if he's anywhere near returning. http://www.leedsunited.com/news/20130117/defender-facing-injury-lay-off_2247585_3044529
gandy, that explains it. Now you mention it, I do seem to remember reading about it at the time, the old memory´s not what it was.
