It's a thing which you sell games, cds and dvds on. Does it give good money?

I can't be bothered to walk up stairs to get my cds to write in the bar codes for 50p a cd.

A mate wanted to sell a couple of Blu-ray films, a couple of DVD's and 5 PS3 games and it offered him £8

I used it. Some CD's sold for £4.00, others 20p. Depends if they have loads I suppose. I'd say its worth doing, all my music is in MP3 form now so I thought I'd get some money back for nothing.

couldnt get the bastard scanner to work though, so had to key in all the barcodes <ok>

They're not worth much at all. Donate them to a charity shop. <ok>

No. They didn't want my old Alan Parsons Project CDs for some reason.

Is this the one where you type in the bar code and they give you a price?

If so, **** that. I would rather just give them to charity for what they ****s offer.

Yeah and no I'm not giving my CDs to charity. If it's too much of a rip off I will not sell them at all.

I sold a stack of DVDs on ebay. Most went for about £1 and you're not allowed to charge more than the cost of the stamp for posting (i.e. packaging, time and effort for free). After deducting the ebay and paypal fees, it works out about 60p left for me.

That's what I do. Same with books and other stuff that you seem to amass and then have a clear out.
