Whatever happened to Harpal Singh i think it was???? Was pretty good in really old version of champ manager
Shane Cansdell-Sheriff and Jamie McMaster were pretty useful on Champ Man at one point, so that pretty much says it all.
Singh was born in Bradford, England. Although he started out with Leeds United, He made his professional debut when he went to play for Bury at Wrexham during his loan spell for Bury. He also played for Bristol City and Bradford City and twice more at Bury all on loan, before he moved to Stockport County in 2005. Singh's favourite position is left winger. In 2006, he was released by County manager Jim Gannon to sign for Sligo Rovers. He scored once for Stockport, in a 4-2 win over Northampton.[1] In January 2007, Singh signed for Bohemians but spent the majority of his time at Dalymount Park on the sidelines with injury. He did score against Rhyl F.C. in the 2008 UEFA Intertoto Cup [1]. However after being a bit-part player in Bohs' Double winning season of 2008, he was released by the club when his contract expired in December 2008. Upon release he went in search for a college to educate his mind while accepeting defeat in his career. Harpal Singh was and still is an icon in professional football to Indians everywhere, this shows that Indians can make it in professional football. He currently does not reside with a club now but at his age now he has at least 5–6 years of football left at league 1-2 standard or even championship.[2] In January 2009, he linked up with his former manager Sean Connor to join newly promoted Dundalk and signed a 6 month contract and was released after his contract was up.[3] [edit]References.
Harpal Singh, Jamie McMaster, Paul Okon... Champ-man made a banging team out of the team that ended up getting us relegated!
Cheers Best Fans... Don't why that name popped into my head in the first place, very random... McPhail was brilliant in my old champ manager too.
Loved him on Champ man 01/02. I swear our reserves were kinda epic in that game. I'd line up with this team regularly: Allaway-Kelly, Matteo, Hay, Harte - Burns, Bakke - Viduka, Kewell, Keane, Shields
