walking around like me at the mo still not able to quite comprehend what is going on with our beloved team.Im walking around like a lovestruck teenager.I never believed it would ever get this good for us,i went into work today pretty convinced we would get beat and yet they've done it again. I am sitting here with my glass of claret wishing that MOTD was on earlier so i can watch the lads beat the so called Barcelona of Wales, and ive stared at the prem table at least a dozen times but i dont think its sunk in yet. The good days are back.Paul Lambert and his squad are without doubt the BEST we have ever had. So join me in raising your glass....TO NCFC.
I'm drinking a fine Scotch and being all emotional! I'm so proud of the lads. I trying hard to enjoy every minute of this season. The last 2 and half years have been magical. Paul Lambert and Grant Holt have frankly become my heros. I couldn't speak for a few minutes after full time today, I was just emotionally drained. What an incredible result and performance. So i'll raise my glass with you!! On the ball City!
Needed a few drinks, it's taken me a few hours to come down from that! To queen, Club, Country and Saint Lambert!
I'm still buzzing from it. I just cannot believe it all, we deserve it because of the performances but it's such a huge transition in such a short amount of time. It feels like 5 mins since Colchester put that 7th goal past us. I never could have dreamed we would be 8th in the EPL in 2012. Just incredible stuff!
it's awesome, i keep having to look at the table everyday to remind me how sucessful we've been this season.
I thought the win v Bolton last week with a completely revamped back four was the pinnacle of our season - but no, 'king spawny Lambert goes and trumps that seven days later. I love this football club to pieces
tbh, I'm not surprised at how the team or doing - if anything I thought they would be a little further on. I said at the start of the season when the BBC website was full of people saying Norwich would go down that they would be top 10 and possibly pushing for Europe. It remains to be seen if Lambert can achieve what he has done for the past two seasons of finishing strongly - but fingers crossed, take one game at a time. It certainly is a good time to be a Norwich supporter.
Echo all of the above (except for the tipples, I'll stick to the cab-sauv thanks). Very important for us all to enjoy the now, because we ain't a "big" club and so very much is always beyond our control. But bragging rights with those I know in the richer-club supporting bracket have never, ever been better. And that includes the glory european adventure times).
no offence meant but compared to man u and man city ,spurs ars..nal etc its nice to see you lot keeping up with the big teams in the league
............never mind 8th, couldn't believe we would be in the premier in the next ten years. just sheer mindblowing magic.
Seriously well done boys! You have surpassed all expectations this season and that includes your own if your honest. I'm glad to see that the banner for East Anglian football is being waved so strongly in the Premiership. Its a real shame that we are nowhere near your level and tbh won't be for many years to come while we have these clowns in charge of our once great club. Well done boys now push on Europe!
Got lost in Wales, only just got home..................****ing hell.......What about Grant Holt?? Hero.... FACT! Expected a point from that game, third double of the season FANTASTIC. Only joking about the getting lost bit, stayed with a mate in the Brecon Beacons overnight and drank a few Brains, have actually just got home and I'm knackered. ILD OTBC.
