You can use your skills and experience to help us enhance the fan experience through digital marketing communications and customer relations. This role will be split equally between CRM and Customer Services and applicants should have experience of both. The Fan Engagement Assistant will report to the CRM Manager and the Customer Services Officer. Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Marketing (50% of time) Assisting with the clubâs digital marketing communications, including the creation of the weekly e-newsletter and targeted SMS & social media campaigns Data extractions and analysis of fan database Assist with the delivery of Club Partnersâ contractual digital requirements Assist with achieving and exceeding a best in class digital fan experience for fans Assist with the delivery of international fan engagement Fan Engagement (50% of time) Assist with the club-wide programme to improve customer services and fan experience on match days and non-match days Assist with the implementation of customer experience improvements when needed, in line with the clubâs brand values and the external requirements of the Premier League and Visit Football Assist with providing timely responses to customer services correspondence Candidate Specification: Key Skills Educated to Degree level Excellent writing skills with an eye for detail (essential) Good computing skills, including experience of Excel (essential) Basic Photoshop experience (preferred) Experience of working with data (essential) Have worked in customer relations or have an understanding of what good customer relations is (essential) A self-starter, proactive in finding solutions to issues big or small (essential) Excellent communicator with a positive, collaborative and flexible style (essential) Have a good understanding of the football environment (preferred) If you are keen to be part of a forward thinking and developing department within an ambitious Club then please email your CV, with a covering letter outlining your suitability to: [email protected] with the subject title âFan Engagement Assistantâ.
