    I don't get what goes through the minds of some of the people at our club, we have a manger who has constantly being referring to the fact we have a small squad, surely the top brass know this, yet now it seems the so called big shots are prepared to let one of our best players leave, and we will already be short at left back as I reckon Enrique is sure to go. All this talk of the squad getting smaller........what the **** goes on man. I'm not tying pardew in on is as I firmly believe that if it were up to him, Barton would get the contract he wants. Lambias needs strung up if Barton is allowed to leave. The man is a moron and does not have a clue on how to run a football club. Yet again, after a big high of finishing respectably in the league, .........another shocker to bring us back down.
    I just hope this is nothing more than his agent **** stirring because Barton I think will be a bigger loss than Enrique.

    The thing is, do we actually know how many years he's asked for ? A 3 year contract sounds good to me but, is his agent asking for more.... Does Joey have 5 years left in him. Do we know any of the ins and outs.....?
