Anyone got a good weights programme they would like to share?

    Any specific things you do at the gym that work for you....things that gain you some serious muscle mass....I need some new ideas bit bored of the gym

    Rock climbing. It works muscles you never even knew you had. Find a local bouldering wall and give it a go, you won't need any kit, and it works all round strength, rather than just the muscles that look impressive. Good for cardio too.

    try ****ing off as many times as you can daily - switch arms and sit on your hand until numb, then pretend it's someone else. Good for thigh development too.

    Keep your reps below 6.
    Always do 4 sets.
    Always have someone to spot you.
    Use Heavy weights.
    Do squats and deadlifts each time you visit the gym, your body will increase it's mass to suit the weight, these are the main exercises that make you bigger.
    Buy a quality protein shake, maximuscle Progain or Extreme are good.


    Most of all EAT lots, cut out the ****e food, eat good quality food. And make sure you have two rest days per week.

    Change your routine every four weeks, as the body gets used to the same stuff.

    p.s Make sure you wear combat trousers a skip hat and grunt a lot, also, look really mean and look at the mirror every ten seconds. <laugh>
