Take torres out the equation and we haven't got another quality striker, at the end of the season it's likely drog and anelka are going to move on and most likely kalou also, say torres gets a ban or a injury then were have mata and sturridge then a gap, Sturridge can play striker but then we need a Right winger, anyone else agree? If yes who do you reckon we should get? I honestly can't think of nobody except getting someone like Hulk then having him on the right and sturridge in the center, or a world class right midfielder and switching to the diamond and playing sturridge and torres up front? Today did highlight the issue quite clearly we do need another quality finisher and i think next season will still be too early for Lukaku as here still only be 19.
Plus we need a proper Right-Back and Cahill, but there not overly major issues at the moment because this season is our transition season
Exactly why we need a right winger in my opinion. I'm really split on the decision of which player(s) we should ship out, apart from Kalou who I would be happy to see the back of.

It's very sad but Drogba handed in his notice today with that stupid tackle. 3 match ban. If Torres carries on his good form then Drogba may never start another Prem game for us. And just before we were gonna face his favourite team, Arsenal. Drog was guaranteed goals against them as he always is. Kalou has never been good enough. I'd still like to see Anelka stay even if only as a bit part player. He is such a clever footballer. Absolute class. We need to brin g Lukaku on and start giving him some playing time.

Yep, taking Studge off was the one that got me. Surely it's the front man so it doesn't change the shape?!
Maybe Drogba and Torres are just helping AVB out with his rotation policy, maybe they think they can't play together either.
