Not sure why I do but only behind CFC and Cardiff in the hatred stakes for me. So glad they blew out of 4th place today.Their fans seem to think they are the only team in the world that has decisions go against them/ pick up a few injuries. Chavs. Anyone have a similar feeling / irrational dislike for a team? I remember speaking to one Rangers fan who said he hated Grimsby but never really knew why!
Coventry City - and Dion Dublin in particular! Back in 95/96 season, QPR were playing Coventry on Sky, and Dublin was a pundit in the studio and was so patronising about our chances of survival after they beat us that I've hated him, and the club ever since!
The only English club I really hate are Millwall. Most of their fans are scum. I hope they do not come back up to the Championship next season.
out with spam fans tonight after game. Nothing against QPR and they like the Rangers. Spam are alright.
Tad harsh op....most loyal fans in london are the hammers IMHO... 34000 home every game and fantastic away following
Exactly the same for me, Steelmonkey, although my feelings towards them have waned somewhat since they became even more **** than the Rs.
Nope. Norwich.....obviously. Out of the other London clubs I've always had a dislike for arsenal but I don't really know why.
West Ham fans wrecking their own stadium while losing to Swansea. https://twitter.com/i/videos/tweet/729011178433818624? I would surmise from this that they might have a greater dislike of Tottenham Hotspur than of us!
No, had a lot of friends and colleagues over the years that are Hammers fans. Norwich closely followed by Cardiff for me.
http://www.southwarknews.co.uk/news...wall-den-bloomfield-without-telling-his-wife/ Dad names baby boy ‘Bermondsey Millwall Den Bloomfield’ – without telling his wife Even the family dog is named after Lions legend Barry Kitchener. please log in to view this image Millwall’s youngest fan She told the News: “He did say he might do it but I didn’t expect it. He was a bit frightened to come home! I’m coming around to it though and I quite like it. It’s growing on me. “I think he looks a bit like a Bermondsey, and it’s definitely unique. I don’t think anyone else has got a name like that. “The funny thing is that we actually live in Croydon and are surrounded by Crystal Palace fans. Our friends who are Palace fans say that they’re just going to call him ‘Dave’ instead.” Other possible nicknames include Bee and Den – with the little boy’s third name referring to both the home ground of Millwall and also to his grandfather Dennis. As if that wasn’t enough, even the family dog’s name is influenced by Millwall, named Kitchener after the Millwall legend Barry Kitchener, who played over 500 games for the club between 1966 and 1982. Mike said that, perhaps unsurprisingly, his little boy was going to grow up a Lions fan, despite Crystal Palace’s dominance in the area. In fact, while only born on October 27, Millwall’s smallest fan is already the proud owner of two tiny replica kits and a club teddy bear. Mike said: “He’s got no choice – he’s Millwall. I’m hoping to bring him down the Den as soon as I can for his first game. They are just going to love him down there.” please log in to view this image Kitchener the dog
I'm sure nearly all football fans have a club that they detest, but struggle to find a rational reason why. Luckily, all the clubs that fall in to that bracket for me are for rational reasons! C*******e, Manure & (the worst of the lot) the w****** from South Bucks!
Norwich, Chelsea, hate West ham when they win but I lov'em when they lose (same applies to Fulham at present as they appear to have a sign over us) and Cardiff: The Manure fans from London and the prawn sandwich brigade as well.
