    I was doing a bit of channel surfing before going to bed, as I do, and came across it. ITV4 I think, but might be wrong. Ended up watching it.

    Had James Nesbitt in it.

    Here help me here,what was the name of that program set in Edinburgh which opened with a Jam song and some kid jumping up and down on a car?Think it was on in the '90's.
