They're waiting for RDM to return from his holiday in the USA sometime later this week to make an announcement! The Hulk deal is getting there. We have agreed personnal terms, but there's still some bargaining going on between the clubs over the transfer fee! They want £40m and we're offering £30m. I hate stating the obvious but we'll wait a week and find we've shaken hands on £35m!
As always, thanks for the update. I must admit I'm getting a little edgy about Hulk. It seemed impossible because of the money, but now i am definitely seeing him as a big gain for us. No mucking about, strong, straight for goal player with a real knack of scoring. Just what the doctor ordered. Though not like Drogba, a big intimidating bastard is not too shabby to have, especially with the skills this geezer has.

You wont get a bargain where Porto are concerned. Remember they got about 36 million for Falcao last year. Hulk wont be any cheaper especially with a 3 year contract and 80 million buy out. However if Modric is worth 40 (he aint but that's what Roman was prepared to pay), then Hulk is worth similar money. The guy would be electric in the premier league, is strong, fast, scores and provides. We also need a proper right sided forward and he wants to come. This deal surely must happen.
